Audio-Visual Systems
Walk in. Tap once. Start the meeting.
Great AV is invisible: the display wakes up, the far end can hear you, and nobody spends ten minutes hunting for the right input. We design rooms around how your people actually meet, present, and communicate.
Audio-Visual Systems in Sacramento
Scarlett Communications designs and installs commercial audio-visual systems for offices, training facilities, schools, and public spaces throughout the Sacramento region — from single huddle rooms to executive boardrooms, council chambers, and building-wide paging.
We handle the full scope: displays and mounting, conferencing cameras and microphones, digital signal processing, speakers and amplification, control systems, and the network and cabling underneath it all. Systems are commissioned, tuned, and documented — and we train your team so the technology gets used instead of avoided.

Signal-flow drawings, configuration backups, and training for your team, with service plans available after handoff.
Good Questions
Audio-Visual FAQs
Do you install Teams Rooms / Zoom Rooms?
Yes — certified-hardware room systems with one-touch join are our standard approach for conference spaces. We install the compute, camera, audio, displays, and cabling, and coordinate with your IT team on accounts and calendar integration.
Can you fix a conference room that already exists but nobody uses?
Very often, yes. Most 'bad rooms' suffer from wrong microphone placement, missing DSP, or a confusing control experience. We assess what's installed, reuse what's good, and rebuild the experience so the room earns back trust.
Do you handle paging for warehouses and schools?
Yes — zoned overhead paging, intercom, and bell scheduling, including integration with VoIP phone systems and clean coverage in high-ceiling, high-noise environments.
